Station bCleaner 5H is designed for application in places where it is impossible to connect to centralized sewer system: private houses, cottages and summer houses. The station is manufacture as a modular complex, which enables to minimize maintenance cost. The biological treatment is realized with help of microorganisms which decompose and oxidized organic pollutants in wastewater, producing energy and procreating.

Operation and maintenance

The operation principle is based on combination of mechanical and biological treatment methods. Additionally, owing to combination of anaerobic and aerobic process, the degree of wastewater treatment can reach up to 97–98%. The sediment and large particles are separated in mechanical treatment zone via special trap chamber. After mechanical treatment, the wastewater passes trough anaerobic zone, where denitrification reactions occur. After anaerobic zone, the wastewater passes trough aerator where it is saturated with small oxygen bubbles.

Countless microorganisms that constitute active sludge, absorb pollutants from wastewater into their cell, subjecting it to biochemical transformations, thus purifying the water. The sedimentation of active sludge occurs in secondary settler and purified water is removed from station via airlift. The active sludge from secondary settler automatically and regularly is transferred to primary settler, in order to improve wastewater treatment process. The exceeds of active sludge is trapped into bag filter, which can be easily washed with tap water.

Municipal wastewater treatment station bCleaner requires minimal maintenance. Large particles (toilet paper, food remains etc.) that come with wastewater, are trapped in the filtering chamber, which must be cleaned periodically. During operation, the spent active sludge is accumulated in sludge collector. In order to clean the sludge collector from spent sludge, take out the bag, remove its contents wash the bag with tap water.
