Plastic chemical reactor – an apparatus used at plants for synthesis of product from various components.

It is used into cases:

  • for preparation and mixing of chemical liquids, suspensions and solutions;
  • for production of various powder mixture for chemical or food industry.

Depending on construction, the chemical reactor can be equipped with manual or completely automatic control system.

All plastic reactors are designed use with aggressive media. This means they are resistant to majority of chemicals and can sustain high temperatures – heating up to 110°С and above. Additionally, the plastic is chemically inert and does not react with compounds inside of reactor.
