About tanks:

We produce pieces of any shape, size and complexity, which can be equipped with hatches, conduits, taps, fittings, pump and any other special equipment, if necessary, the fervor can be integrated into metal frame. The tanks are hermetic and are produced by welding of polypropylene sheets.

The can be used for storage of any type of goods – liquid, solid or granulated.

Polypropylene is a strong dielectric, doesn't absorb smells, easy to wash almost doesn't get stained. Since polypropylene is poor conductor of heat, the reservoirs sustain temperature of the liquid without thermal insulation.

The polypropylene has hygienic certificate and can be successfully used in food industry.

The polypropylene tank has working life cycle that is few time longer than that of steel tanks.

The tanks are produced from polypropylene 3‑20 mm thick, depending on configuration, size and intended use.

Shapes of plastic tanks:

  • cylindrical (vertical and horizontal);
  • cylindrical with cone ;
  • rectangular;
  • square;
  • with flat bed;
  • with conical lid;
  • or other shape.

All shape of plastic tanks can be made for ground and underground applications. For underground designs, it is necessary to account not only the shape of the container but also the depth of installation i.e. it is necessary to account for earth pressure on walls and lid of the container.

1. Which materials are best suited for large volume tanks?

Homogeneous polymers, such as polypropylene and polyethylene are ideal for materials for manufacturing plastic tanks.

2. Are polyethylene containers the best choice for storage of liquids?

Polymer tanks usually have an advantage over tanks from other materials when it is necessary to storage aggressive solutions: acid, alkali, diesel fuel, galvanic solutions.

3. Tank from what plastic are commended for application under extreme temperatures?

Reservoirs from PVC and polypropylene can be employed at temperatures below 100o C. PVDF tanks can be employed at temperatures below 200o C.

4. Tanks from what plastic are best used under constant UV-irradiation?

Only Tanks manufactured from polypropylene or polyethylene with special UV-stabilizing additives.

5. Liquids with what pH can be stored polypropylene and polyethylene tanks?

Tanks from LDPE or polypropylene have food-grade certificate and can contact with any types of food or water.

8. What is the difference between tanks manufactured from propylene or ethylene and those made from fiberglass?

The key difference is manufacturing process. Plastic tank are manufactured from monolithic sheets. Monolithic sheet structure protects the container from possible corrosion process, and almost non-existent water adsorption minimizes swelling with stored liquid. As such, plastic tanks are not affected by scratches. In case of heavy damage, the polyethylene and polypropylene tank can always be repaired. The fiberglass tank have layered structure and produced by winding and lamination. As such, moisture absorption and delaminating are inevitable and are a matter of time. Owing to manufacturing process, this type of tank is almost irreparable in the event of leaks or impact damage.
